01Slab flow

Gang saw, 80 blades
Blocks up to 3,200 × 2,000 × 2,050 mm are sawn into slabs in one run.

Automatic slab loader
Slabs go onto the line belt without a crane or hand handling.

Calibrating, back face
The back face is trued and thickness evened so resin and polishing sit right.

Resin line
Cracks and voids are filled with resin, which matters most for travertine and marble.

Resined slabs are fed to the polisher.
