Installation and commissioning
Foundation and electrical drawings are supplied before shipping. The Alaow team sets, levels and commissions the machine.

Operator training
Training on the control panel, setting speed and pressure for each stone, and daily maintenance.

Spare parts
Polishing heads, spindles, bridge parts and electrical parts for Alaow machines. Send the model and year.

Remote support
Send a photo or video of the fault on WhatsApp and a technician will talk you through it.

Overhaul and upgrades
Rebuilding older machines and adding PLC control to existing lines.
