01The range
Five machine families. One production path.
Every machine is published with its full spec table: disc diameter, motor power, weight and installation footprint. You can check which model suits your stone and your floor before you call.

Block cutters
Four-column bridge cutters with 1,200–2,100 mm vertical discs, for cutting blocks into strips and tiles.

Gang saws
Twin-conrod 80-blade frame saw that turns blocks up to 2,050 mm high into slabs.

Multiwire saws
40 or 72 diamond wires cutting one block at once, for granite and hard stone. The 72-wire model was a first in Iran.

Slab & tile polishers
16- and 18-head slab and tile polishers for marble, travertine and granite, PLC controlled.

Block reinforcement
Vacuum-and-pressure resin injection for cracked blocks before sawing. The first system of its kind built in Iran.

We lay out the whole plant, not just a machine.
From the gang saw to final polish, machines are arranged so slabs move station to station without extra handling. We draw the layout around your site and your target output.

03Engineering
Built for three-shift work.
Italian design standards
Alaow slab and tile polishers follow Italian machine-building standards, the reference most large stone plants already work to.
PLC control, HMI panel
Belt speed, head pressure and beam travel are set from one touch panel, so each stone gets a repeatable recipe.
Heads for granite and marble
580 mm heads for marble and travertine, 500 mm heads for granite. The dual models take both on one machine.
